Delivery

We use Australia Posts Parcel Service to deliver parcels Australia wide. All deliveries can be tracked and are insured against loss or damage. Deliveries take between 3-10 working days. If no one is present to accept your delivery, you shall be left a calling card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection by you.

The following delivery charges apply:
NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD $10
SA, TAS, WA, NT $15

Please note for deliveries over 100kg there may be an additional delivery charge for areas outside of NSW. You will be contacted regarding this once you have placed your order.

In the event there is a problem with stock for your order we will notify you by email or phone if the order is going to be delayed.

Returns Policy

All returns need to be authorized by Kitchen N Table, either by phoning us or by email.

Returns and Exchanges will be authorized for the following:

  • Goods arrived faulty or damaged, a return will be authorized. Must occur within 1 week of receiving your items.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase and the goods are in their original packing and have not been used and exchange will be authorized. Must occur within 1 week of receiving your items.
